Australian Residence Through Investment

Business Innovation and Investment Program
The program includes four visa streams:

Applicants must pass a points test, demonstrate a successful business history with turnover of at least AUD 750,000 and net assets of AUD 1.25 million. -
Investor Stream
Invest AUD 2.5 million in an approved Australian-managed investment fund and reside in Australia for at least two years. -
Significant Investor Stream
Commit at least AUD 5 million into a complying investment fund and reside in Australia for at least 40 days each year. -
Entrepreneur Stream
Requires endorsement from an Australian state or territory government and residency for at least two years.
These temporary visas can lead to permanent residency after three years if investment and residency requirements are satisfied.
